Since I can remember, I have always wanted to be a teacher. I believe with my whole heart it is what I was born to do. Each day is a new, exciting adventure, and I love every minute of it. I have taught 3rd, 4th and 5th grade. I am so excited to start my second grade journey this year! When I am not teaching you can find me doing a variety of things. I love spending time with my dog Murray. He is my 8 year old mutt that I rescued him from the Greenville Humane Society. I like to stay active by playing sports. Staying active is very important to me. I enjoy going to the gym and playing sports. During the week I play in a flag football and kickball league. Over the last few years I have grown to love running. I enjoy running  in a variety of 5ks and 10ks around Greenville! This year I will even run my first half marathon! About once a year, you can find me on stage. I began acting when I was three years old. and it changed my life. I went from shy and quiet to outgoing and energetic. My favorite place to be on Saturdays in the fall is Athens, GA to cheer on the Georgia Bulldogs. Although I did not go to school there, my uncle was their head trainer for 30 years, so it runs in our family's blood. Enough about me, I am looking forward to learning more about you this year!
